  • What services do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of graphic design services, including logo design, branding and identity design, print design (such as business cards, brochures, and promotional materials), website design and more. We have experience in various design styles and can work with you to create a unique and effective solution for your business or organization.
  • How do I get started with a project?
    To get started with a project, get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs and goals. Depending on the project, we can then determine if we need to arrange an in-person meeting for further discussions or if the phone call or email is sufficient. Once we have the required information, we will provide you with a quote or proposal. Once the quote or proposal has been accepted, we can proceed with the design process.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit or invoice up front?
    We do not ask for any deposit upfront. However, for any design work to commence, an invoice will automatically be provided once you have accepted our quotation or proposal.
  • Do you offer revisions?
    Yes, each design project includes a specific number of revisions that will be stated in the quotation or proposal. However, the design project is only complete once our clients are 100% satisfied.
  • Are you the right designer for my project?
    This is an important question, as each designer has a different design style and prioritises different design values. Although we can adapt to various design styles, our natural style is more modern, professional, clean, futuristic, and we value quality and consistency above all else.
  • Why should I pay a designer if I can create it myself in Canva for free?
    There are a few reasons why it will be beneficial to partner with us rather than using a tool like Canva to design materials yourself: Expertise and Experience: We have the skills, knowledge, and experience to create visually appealing designs that effectively achieve the desired goals. We understand design principles, typography, and colour theory and can apply these principles to create visually compelling and well-crafted designs. Time and Efficiency: Designing materials can be time-consuming, especially if you need to familiarise yourself with design software or principles. We can save time and allow you to focus on other aspects of your business. Professional Quality: We have access to a broader range of design software and resources and can create higher-quality and more professional-looking designs than with a tool like Canva. Customisation: We can work with you to create a customised design to your specific needs and goals rather than a pre-made template. This helps ensure that your materials stand out and communicate your brand and message effectively. Of course, there are cases where using a tool like Canva can be a good solution, especially for smaller projects or for those on a tight budget. However, it can be worth investing in the expertise and professionalism that Pathos Pixels can provide for more complex or essential design projects.
